In order to help prevent claim denials, please contact your insurance company to confirm that they have your updated insurance information including correct policy number, home address, and personal contact information.
In addition, please ensure that your COB (Coordination of Benefits) is updated since most insurance companies require it every year regardless of whether or not you have one or two plans. This helps prevent unnecessary late fees and billing statements sent to your home.
