Cheers and a very Happy Birthday to Carolyn Strombeck who just turned 100 years old!
Carolyn is a beloved resident and retired school teacher in Sparta NJ and a dear friend of Dr. Jill. Family, friends, and former students visited Carolyn on her special day to drop off cards, flowers, balloons, and plenty of hugs and kisses.
When Carolyn was asked how she made it to 100 years old she mentioned that she couldn’t have done it without taking care of her health. What a wonderful celebration of joy, love, and healthy living! -HKP
